I need help with the affliction warlock PvE rotation and spell stats priority.
And also how much is haste cap if you have 4 heroics piece of tier 13. Thank you

Someone says there's no haste cap, someone its 2700 and someone says its 3000. What's the real truth?

I'm having problem with dps, I'm only doing 25,5k on dummy and I don't know what I'm doing it wrong. Pls help. Here's my stats:
