hi, i have a problem, when i log in to pandaria ,i change the system requirement and graphic in to low coz my personal pc is too bad. but when i disconnected or loggin off the changes doesn't saved... it's boring that every time i need to do that.. ty for help me
this problem is only for pandaria,,, on wotlk work fine

Try running the game as admin.

right click the client and click properties
un-check read-only and you're good to go

2) Select "Properties" from the displayed menu.
3) At the bottom of the new panel, there is a box named "Read-only". Make sure it is NOT checked!

I have the same problem, but the "Only read" option is already unchecked :/
