WotLK Arms and mocking blow

I've been playing warrior casually for a couple of years now, 2v2 rate - 2k ish on AT and over 2.3k on molten, and yesterday some guy calls me a noob because I'm not using mocking blow and glyph of mocking blow because it's "free damage lol". Am I missing something here ? Mocking blow is a PVE ability and it should not do dmg to players right ? Can someone test it on Dw and Rag and confirm pls, I'm sure it's not working on AT.

Ignore that guy and keep playing. There's a ****ton of players on AT thinking they know stuff and putting other people down but are actually complete sh*t. That's why I avoid that realm like a plagued village.

It should not deal damage in pvp, otherwise even the Paladin Hand of Reckoning would deal damage. It's a molten bug which exists from years. On AT/Blackrock realm it doesn't deal damage to other players.

It`s used to combat pets, just like the Paladin`s Hand of Reckoning.
