    Glyph of Swiftmend

    Hello everyone! i whant ask why Glyph of Swiftmend doesnt work for me . I have this glyph on my glyph tab , but Swiftmend abillity steel need Rejuvenation and Regrowth effect on the target.

    It needs the effect on the target, but it does NOT consume it when you have the glyph.
