I need some help here... just started PvE as assa Rogue.

Do i really need 17% spell hit and 27 expertise here on ''lolten'' ? :P

I need some answers, thanx :)

spell hit ye, but not expertise and not cause of warmane but cause of spec. goig hard cap 26 is loss of dps. btw why 27 ?
