It worked for a couple of minutes during that troubles today. Everyone who logged in during that time got those Pandaria achievements he met criteria for. Though when the server was taken down again for the last time, they switched it off again. /cry

Also got 4 companions in the mail as rewards for pet-collecting achievements, which is great.

Np, I noticed the pets in my mailbox, looked at the achievements and was super excited to have something to do again but then my friend logged in after the troubles passed for the first time today and no pets, no achievements... Then I reached 600 skill in fishing without getting the achievement and I realized it has been switched off during that last downtime. Pity, though I really hope they will enable it again soon :)
