Stuck with Lorewalkers

So, ive seen 2 topics on the forum about them, very helpful, but no mail after geting the scroll reaches me and my lorewalkers rep is stuck on neutral. Any ideas what the problem is ? i already got around 6 scrolls :/

Only 4 of those scrolls(questi tems) are obtainable.
