race change and profession help

Well i want to switch from Belf mage to undead,i see silence can't help me that much,so undead racials are better.Well now with Belf's i have 610 enchanting +other proff talor ,if i switch to Undead what will happends with my prof,gm said no refunds from error, so im not sure should i ever do race change. did anyone did race change with 610 enchant?

I have done faction and race change at the same time, with 610 enchanting. After change it was 600 and everything was working.
