    Problems with the backup system

    Since the last update at the backup system i can't finalize and dowload the .webs file anymore: it got stuck at 99% and stay like this until the weekly reset.

    There is a way to fix it?

    This is due to Arena Tournament unmerged characters affecting existing accounts and will be resolved next week.
