My Points have disappeared?

A few days ago i had 300 points on my account and bought a faction change... and had 150 points left...

A couple of days ago it reset to 0?

Where have my points gone? Can I get them back?

Yea!! I lost my points too !! Even tho there was a system message saying that they will be reseted on sept 1st and a 30 page long thread about it!! WTF

Over 2 months there has been "spam" ingame about it, you can not get them back, they are gone forever.

What is unfair to you? Almost whole summer website was spamed that out points will be gone at september 1... these blind ppl these days...
