MoP + Win7 + Parallels 9 has been proven to work very well, though it costs money.
Because I only had Parallels 8, I decided to toss that and use Win 7 and Bootcamp.
I never had luck with Wine, and there are no plans for a native WoW Mac Client that I know.
The community lacks a programmer with enough skill to deal with the reverse engineering,
64-bit Mac specific Assembly, C++, Networking, and SQL involved, who can be trusted, etc.
Yea there's no native client for Mac as of right now. The best you can do is either consider dual booting or using wine.
