I leveled my monk to 90 a couple of days ago. I did stable 60k dps in 450 ilvl gear. Now im 490 ilvl gear(same good rotation gems reforges all are correct) miss/exp capped and I do hardly 90k dps stable. Some monks told me that windwalker is bugged to death. I want to know from some good monks out here what are those "gamebreaking" bugs if possible.Thanks in advance.

Your damage in relation to your itemlevel seems fine.
The only real "gamebreaking" bug is Invoke Xuen (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=123904/...he-white-tiger) not working properly which is considered the strongest single target dps ability aswell as Touch of Karma not doing what it should. Other than that the WW T15 2 piece and 4 piece are not working.
WW monks have decent dps running 522+ itemlevel which is Throne of Thunder normal and heroic.

The problem is that as to get that 500+ ilvl gear which is from ToT normal my guild requires to have at least 120 stable dps. I can easily get to 500 ilvl to pull ofc better dps but the problem is that it still isn't enough although I have proper spec/glyphs/rotation. Not taking xuen ofc because of the bug. And ToT raid finder mode isn't working so that makes things harder.

im 522 ww monk my rat is bad right now but ill tell you one thing.if u master ww monk nobody can't fck with u.his burst is just amazing even though its bugged as hell here..
