It shouldn't matter if your 2h or DW. You should be using SR off CD in execution phase, it hits more than an obliterate at the cost of 1 rune.

Nah Oblit hits more then SR.Oblit with KM hits 300k SR hits 70k

When u play dw masterfrost ( normaly how it works in mop) and u reach specific mastery value there's no point to use SR anymore. Same with obli. U just need to calculate the damage of hb,ob and sr and usage of your runes to check whats priority is better for u.

Nope.
SR should still deal the highest damage our of all your spells and abilites, regardless of spec/gear/playstyle.
Fell free to look up logs, and see that even as DW masterfrost is SOO HC, Soul Reaper was doing more damage than a Frost Strike.

Its not about frost strike dmg coz u use rp for it, its howling blast which u should take under consideration ;) have fun testing if u wanna :) but anyway I doubt he's playing dw so better for him if he use that sr :D
