You seem to think these guys are tough, or thugs, or even capable of causing harm IRL. Wrong. They are emmasculated little pathetic wimps. Incapable of getting a girl, possibly afraid to go outside lest they be bullied, cowering in their computer room trying desperately to find a venue by which they can lie to themselves (even if they do not believe it) that they are not the most pathetic worst disgusting wimps in the real world.
Wake up call to them - you are. Live with it, adjust to society, be productive, there is no need to try to be something you are not. Either grow a set of cajones and fight real fights (starting with gaming) or continue to waste your chances to grow as a person down the path you are taking.

It is a pvp realm after all. High level(s) gang up and kill a or a group of lowbies(Thrallmar/Honor Hold the most common), people say its common, lol get use to it, but if it was the other way around omg omg hack, exploit, he 1 shot me with a bomb, I cant rez omg!
The funny thing is when a lowbie does something to defend, stand up for him or herself, they are marked as an exploiter and nothing more.
Something interesting I found on cata, Mop, and during the Lordaeron testing, gankers will be ganked by a level one very, very soon if I am reproducing it right ;)
Then again, high vs low, when Arena Tournament and old Nelth was around, people just dont go for lowbies, they go for the undergeared folks that do not expect to get into a confrontation with a geared to the teeth player in world pvp, mainly those pve dudes that run around picking flowers for their profession.
Long story short: It's a PVP REALM, anything goes in a PVP REALM, even GANKING, even if you bring you MAIN, etc. It is the PVP food change my friend, take the hit or log out, your choice.

The more players that leave the server the better it becomes cause only then will they actually get up from their stupor and listen to what people actually have to say (even this may not happen though, I think I'm giving them too much credit :p)
I suggest quitting and coming back when there is more content out, currently there is nothing to do and ganking lowbies seem to be prime time entertainment.

Goodness sake, not you again. True it is a pvp realm, but at the same time, people, these lowbies do not want to waste time with some geared guy who is ruining the fun for us all. This also goes for those who are gearing up. One can surely bring his main, but at the same time, the ganker could easily call up some buddies to gank soem more. Plus ganking happens 24/7 and it is hard to minimize the issue because it happens in random zones on random times.
That's just how he is, destructive, yet at the same time holds true to what he is saying. Anyway, I am not in favor of a ganker being obliterated, he just needs to stop messing with people and wasting our time, but gankers will be gankers. It is hard to minimize it, but people on my realm just don't care. At times it comes to a point where you just had to log out to prevent yourself from being ganked again.

Dont know,back before in the molten days i started a pve server thread,and lo and behold all the creepy gankers came out of the woods to tell me off.
Well this is Warmane now...and this isnt a personal atack against you,you are doing an awesome job and thanks for giving us the option to play our favourite game for free but and this has to be said,hmmm didnt you guys said that with the merger things would be better and bigger, and more things to come in the horizon?
......well im not seeing it.
Hard to understand why is it so difficult to just launch ONE only one pve server and give it a try...if it works fine maybe you will even get more players playing,i know for sure a whole bunch of people that wouldnt be caught dead here just because you dont have pve servers,and well if it doesnt work just close it down.
But i think that a pve server WOULD work,with some solid PR backing it up im thinking alot of players would be onboard of having a server with the option to level up in peace,dont really care about the leveling rate make it -x100 for all i care,drop rate ditto but just give us an option to choose.
Seems you are doing a disservice to the playerbase and you're also shooting yourself in the foot at the same time...

As for OP's question: I don't gank, I don't even do PvP.. well.. not much anyway.. at least I try to keep it to the Arena and/or BG.. unless I'm attacked first.. in which case usually I just do the coward and Vanish.. XD

If it's red, it's going to be dead. Has nothing to do with low self-esteem but yes, it does give some kind of statisfaction slaughtering a leveling up player. The real question is: Why do some of those low level players make such a drama about it while most of them don't?
I mean c'mon, sometimes you walk through stv and suddenly some lvl 32 comes across. Mostly they go for a run and mostly I can't be bothered chasing them, sometimes they /wave or /greet, then I just greet them back. But then there are the ******s, chasing another low level player with 2-3 players. Yes I walk over them and often I camp them, just to teach them a lesson in humility.
What it all comes down to is that it's a game. The purpose of games is to have a good time and if possible, a hard laugh. However you have a good time and a hard laugh depends on your own personal preferences, as long as it's allowed.
