PVP vendors

I noticed the pvp building has its door shut, I guess they have done this to stop people buying 80 pvp gear.
Do we know if they intent to open the doors up and disable the higher level vendors? I want to get the 60 set during this first month. Perhaps they could move the Vanilla vendors outside of the building? thoughts?

What doors are we talking about the one's in Orgrimmar are open for me and i can talk to every vendor inside.
