[Horde][PvE]Crit guild Recruits

We have done every heroic encounter available in Neltharion realm exept Ascendal Council heroic which will be killed later on.
We recruit players who wish to raid and have fun in raids.
Our goals:
*Teach members the encounters they have never faced before (BoT/ToT4W/Firelands/Dragon Soul heroic and normal)
*Explain players how to play with their class properly and use of cooldowns/abilities.
*Have fun in raids-no hardcore ****.

To join the guild simply contact an officer in-game he will make an interview.
Requirements to join the guild:
*Tactic knowledge of Dragon Soul 8/8 and Firelands 7/7 normal and minimum gear to do them.
*Basic English skills to understand us on "raidcall/Team Speak3" when we raid.
*Ilevel 397+ PvE gear

After some big drama I decided to leave "Crit" guild which they asked me to lead. I got CRT guild back.
Crit guild is now Social while CRT is pure raiding guild who recruits 397+ pve geared players.
