I am personally seeing an increasing number of people using anti-afk bots on battlegrounds (their character just running against the enemy and dying from them so they cant be flagged as inactive). They are already poisoning the enjoyment of battlegrounds, when will be any action against them?
Use the in-game afk report function (right click name and report afk) and tell everyone else in the BG to do the same. If you see someone more than once doing it then get some video proof of 'Bot-like' behaviour and send it to a GM to investigate.
Also, even if all you have is a name, the server, where they were doing it, making a ticket describing it will generally put them on a watch list, and if enough people start reporting them, they will get watched more and more to see if the ticket claims are correct. This is to prevent situations like a guild member having a purely social fall-out from a guild that burned a lot of bridges, and that guild then spamming gm tickets with false claims merely to get the other player banned out of pure spite.
