Wish u best of luck mate! Agree with u, we are a bit too full nowadays ( at least my opinion ), but there are 2 factors why this is happening:
1. Quite a lot of older members went inactive ( waiting for Ulduar I would say ) and we were lacking ppl so officers had to invite more ppl. Nowadays I would say inviting isnt important anymore ( only maybe for exceptional ppl ).
2. Some guilds disbanded, more ppl are guildless and searching for guild. There are just not enough ppl willing to lead and organize guilds, so I would say Lordaeron as whole lacks leaders, not raiders.

Hope things will iron out before Ulduar and we will have around 30, 31 ppl super ready for secrets and challenges which await us in new content.
