LF Ally guild pve and pvp

OK guys, Im currently leveling hunter, 30 lvl.
Im searching good guild on ally side. I want to join guild which is friendly, doing raids and dungeons and not leaving after first wipe. Searching for a guild which will choose their guildes before some random guys from global (dont ask me why Im typing this).
Im dedicated, willing to help other people.
Im playing on Molten since 2009. played before on Lordaeron.
