BiS or GS

Given the drive for GS to pug, do guilds have the same view or do they actually focus on players wearing BiS gear?

No guild worth a damn would favor gs over actual bis gear lol..

The whole point of gs is to serve as a gauge of someone's dps/healing output capability, and at bis gear that's maximized. The fact that your gs might not reflect it is one of the many failures of gs.
