Duelist Title Requirements

I wanna ask what are the requirements that must be satisfied to earn the duelist title ?

Once the requirement for the Duelist title on AT Wotlk was 1000 duel with a win ratio of 70% and after you do that you should open a ticket in-game, I do not know if it still like that.

I think it still applies as I do not participate in any 1v1 arena but my duel record is like 2700 - 1000 and I suddenly just got the title. Thanks man :D
