i hear horde is the answer.

30% of Alliance 60's are Paladins.
16% of Horde 60's are Paladins.


I'd put my money on Alliance.

The team with most paladins and that is usally ally side. Been in some wsg where ally had 8 paladins

And atleast for me it seems like its mostly because of the paladins. Because the time they dont have loads of them horde usally wins. Atleast thats how its been for me at level 60. Others may have other experiences.
