Bug or problem on the quests trackers?

I noticed my map's quest trackers are stuck and does not updates. Like when I click track on one of my quest it doesn't show on the map. I already tried deleting my current game file and then played on my back up one it's still the same. Does anybody know what's going on? Oh by the way, this started to happen when I tried to change the interface earlier and decided to add the addon called Quest Tracker or helper I think. By the way, playing on Lordareon Realm.

It can be both and you can find out if you want but there is no point doing so. Quest trackers are not perfect and your realm is not aswell. May be that quest is simply missing its target or the description in the tracker is wrong or nonexistant.
