Wow Worgen Models Error crash every time

I need some help,
I just made a worgen, and got him to lvl 11. I got this bug all the time but somehow i managed to move my character for the 1 second i was ingame before it crashed but now i dont have this option because im in the part in the scenario that my character is sealed and i cant move till i dont speak to graymane. It goes black screen and my game crashes showing me this error that i added as a screenshot.

I have never played Worgen so I do not know what situation you are talking about but you may try this : Go to My Account>Store>Select Realm+Character name>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstcuk Tool.
By using this your character will be ported to your heartstone location

Im not stuck somewhere, this bug occurs every lots of times, even if i unstuck i have to go trough all those bugs again to go there
