AQ 20 loot gone to the wrong person

An AQ20 token for the set was sent to the wrong person in our raid, can a GM give it to the right person? Tokens don't have the 2hr tradable

The staff won't take action on this otherwise. It is up to the players to properly distribute loot when they raid.
