When u watch the muscles u can definitly see that all these classes are stronger than Dwarfes. Dwarfes are strong for their size but the other races are just twice as big.
When it comes to Pandas they are fat but have muscles under their fat like a Walrus.

If you watch in the game, Dwarves have bigger muscles in the arms than worgens-draeneis, and the same than the orcs.
The size of others races doesn't means they are stronger, and not only the size of the muscle give the strength, The composition and innervation matter more, for this reason Dwarves have 25 strength in game, while orcs have 23. And a stone-form dwarf is stronger even than a tauren.

In warcraft 3, the Mountain king was able to kill the hero tauren, who reincarnate, and kill him again.
You can not imagine how bad a.ss and belligerents can be the dwarves. They have the Might of the mountain.

Elves are the most powerfull. Where was the Tree of life in wc3? Elune? They have demi god- Cenarius. Badass characters like Illidan, Malfurion. Malorne?

Well, its a difference if we talk about what race is considered as stronger when it comes to the story of warcraft and what race would be physical stronger in the real world.
I dont see how a Dwarf, who is half as tall as a Draenei and weigh half as much, would be physical stronger in the "real" world.
There is a reason why boxer are seperated in weight classes.

Tauren, easily. Why are we even discussing the other races?

Tauren train for hunters and warriors from a very young age, just like orcs do. Orcs are strong, but not stronger than Tauren - they're just more brutal. Draenei look strong but most of them are soft. The other races aren't even worth mentioning. A tauren can probably toss dwarves around if the game was realistic. Worgen are fierce and cunning, but they're very far from tauren when it comes to strength.

if you wanna count all races including unplayable ones I'd say Taunka
