hello guys i was playing wow from about 4 years i have played elmental shaman i begin play at the beginning of cataclysm and stop wow at the end of pandaria so elemental shaman good class in wotlk? or bad? he has good Burst ? or no Burst? cuz i need to play a shaman when i finish download the game plz help me and tell me which class is the best?

There's no best class, if you have played Shaman stick to it, their damage is not so great in PvE, but they do have burst in PvP.
You can always find a spot if you get off-spec restoration into any raid/dungeon.
