    VP section of Marketplace for Warsong

    What's the logic/reason behind disabling purchase of pre-Cataclysm x-mog gear on an Instant 85 PvP realm(for Voting Points), but leaving it enabled on Neltharion where the whole point is acquiring the gear yourself?
