Mage pvper looking for guild

Hi im getting back into wow after a long time and what I really like is competitive arenas. I would also like to do pve occasionally but yeah , mainly pvp stuff (arena, and pvp shenanigans). I have played both factions, and iv'e used mage, warlock and rogue competitively. I can't decide which faction to play, Im currently leveling a mage in both. I was hoping a guild would help me choose which faction I should choose for the long run. Thanks.
