Worgen Skill "Twon Form" Not Working

Hello, I am having a problem with my level 24 Worgen. My Two Form skill is not working, each time I use it, it says "You can't transform right now"

Make a ticket from inside the game....for me it worked, they fixed my problem in max 2 days.
