Which side is better for PVE?

Hello I'm considering to start playing on Neltharion and I'd like to know which side is more active in terms of PVE and has more endgame guilds. I'd like to see them listed if possible.

Well I'm both a horde and ally player and what I've noticed is that while horde are better and faster at making pugs alliance have more endgame guilds. I'm in a guild called First Class on alliance we have cleared 8/8 heroic and ds and 7/8 heroic in firelands soon to be 8/8. But both factions are good for pve so play which ever you enjoy really :)
