The state of deliberate position lagging in battlegrounds +Q @ RepopMe(); in bg

Any one else noticing people capping flags without appearing there and dotting you without being anywhere in the area?
Well they seem to be deliberately position lagging, lets all record this and report it...
...oh wait not worth our time because they only get pathetic short bans which mean nothing and just do it again.

Also RepopMe(); does not work when you get put under terrain by a blind etc in battlegrounds, you just stay dead unable to release under ground anyone know a fix?

SO THATS WHAT IT IS ? I swear I reported a mage in BG once whenever he was in fight he would do some sort of **** where he teleports left and right really fast like and you cant follow him.
