Deleting WOD models.

Hello,how can I delete my WOD models from WOTLK patch? I have downloaded Wotlk (not old one),few days ago and I am not interested in thoses new WOD models.I tryed to delete that "patch-w.mpq' from DATA folder,then when I launch game everything (char/playes/npcs etc..) for me become cubes "colored : blue and white" ,any ideas how I can remove that?

Inside the Data\enUS folder there is also another file whose name ends with "-w.mpq", remove it as well.
