    Need help with a heirloom

    Does anybody know how to get the Flamescarred Draconian Deflector I've seen some people using it but I do not see it on the justice heirloom vendors where it's supposed to be

    It might be that it used to be on vote shop before it was updated to the new one, and people still have it.
    Also almighty google speaks that you can get it from argent tournament.
