Magic Broom mount for frostwolf realm?

Hey!

I am just wondering if the Swift Magic Broom or just the Magic Broom mount is obtainable on this realm? If so, can you only find it when it's halloween and can you only use it when it's halloween or is it always obtainable?

I have seen a guy having this mount but it was when it was halloween (I think) so if anyone could answer on my question that would be great!

The blue one is available only during the event.
The epic one is not available AFAIK.
