As stated above for my Guild "Moon Guards" im looking for an Amature/Novice Raid Leader to give my members an oportunity to Raid.
Most of my Guildmembers have no Expierence in Raiding therefore i believe it is Better wenn a group works together who are on the same level.

You will be Responsible in Recruitment and Organizing the Raids, you will also get your Respective Guild Titel and 2 Tabs in the Guild Bank for Flasks, Potions ect....

Every Guild member will be informed on what level you will be Raiding in, so everyone knows what there getting themselfs into. So if you have some expierence in Raiding, wanted to Lead Raids but never got a Chance, im giving you the oportunity to Raid with players who are on the same or even less expierence in Raiding then you. Grow together, Conquer Together.
