Question about WW Monk

Which stats do I prioritize? Aside from the "TP,RSK,BoK and Jab to fill in" rotation, are there any other skills or tips to pay attention in RGB?
I have a lvl 86 Tauren Monk.
(I'm new to MoP and to WoW more or less, so refrain from toxic comments)
