I would suggest clearing/deleting the cache folder. If you use the same client installation for multiple servers it's best to clear it in between or have some script to maintain cache folders for each server.

I played on mag EU for a few years and never anything like this happening
fyi searched for "wow ship in instance", "wow ship bug", "wow **** deeprun bug", found nothing, which is why I'm asking
