Specific Char Occasional fps Stuck

Hello Everyone, i have the problem which i write in title.
I have 5-6 chars all allies, exept my mage troll. At around 30 level i started having a like 2 second no internet and then 3 sec fps stuck.
Now i lvled him to 80, i got no internet stuck, but i have the fps stuck, and its like 3-5 sec every 1-2 minutes..
I thought it might be some quest i got, but i have no same quest from ~40lvl to now. I also disabled all addons but it kept doing it.

So is there anyone that knows what the problem is? Maybe a mage quest i havent done that bugs the char?.. Thanks for your time.

it is a weird problem, usually a bug like that is caused by an AddOns but you said you already tried to disable it all...

Well i found out what it was, it was my guild but i don't know why.
Everytime i was oppening the guild tab it lagged, i left my guild and it stopped lagging eventually.

Really weird.
