  4. download a new Wotlk client, log in and see if your Char still have that bug. if it does not have any bug you will just need to copy/paste the WTF folder from your old client in this new client, in this way you will keep your macros/key bindings etc

  6. Disable all your addons and see if it still is there.
    Type /framestack and mouseover it, see if you can identify it this way...

    It may just be a reputation bar? Press C and go to reputation, click each reputation and see if you have any of them marked as "show as xp bar"
    Did you use a vehicle or something like that? Try typing /script VehicleExit(); (with V and E capital letters)

  7. At least someone helping here, thanks Radvo, but so sad from warmane help atm 0.

    Radvo I disabled all addons, delete catch/wtf/interface folders. I checked each reputation and all was unstick. Nop I never used vehicle. Also I don't have any single quest in quest log mate.

    Because it's not their responsibility to fix your broken UI. You executed some script that made that alternate bar appear.
    Type
    /script PlayerFrameAlternateManaBar:SetScale(0.1);
    As a temporary fix till I work out a proper way to hide it.

    I think
    /script PlayerFrameAlternateManaBar:Hide();
    Should do the trick... Hid the alternate frame on my druid, so it should work for you as well.... Let me know.
