Is there any way to get notified if someone responds in our own report? I find it hard to go through every report and check them one by one.

what do you mean? if someone add a comment or if your report get flagged as "Confermid", "Pending" ..etc?
in the last case there is a "My report" section, so you will easy check if there has been any kind of Update

I'm aware of "my report" section, what I want is some kind of notification when someone leaves a comment in my report.
