Technical Cant download

So im trying to download cata client, but for soon 2 days its stood connecting to clients 0.0% on bittorrent ._.

why cant i download? D:

I do not know why but here is a Cata Installer http://www.mediafire.com/download/vs...TALL+v2.01.exe
I have never tested it but I guess it is one of those installer that let you play and download the game at the same time.

says the file is dangerous when i downloaded it and that chrome have blocked it due to that and i can only choose to delete it lol
