    Cannot create a new character

    I'm having a problem where I cannot create a new character no matter what race I pick. Any suggestions?

    because you are selecticting Character custumation that came from your WoD models ( you downloaded Wotlk with Wod models)
    so you just need to randomize the look ( facial, hair styel etc) at one point you will be able to create it
