I've donated in the past with no problems, but now I'm having an issue with its blocked me with this message "The verification process we have in place is to combat fraudulent activity and to make sure there are no problems. We apologize for all the inconvenience this may have caused."

Wouldn't have been a problem to fix, but when I start an inquiry to try and resolve it, it asks for an account statement and I'm not entirely sure what exactly they want. Could any help me fix this?
