This should be under "World PvP, Arenas & Battlegrounds", but for the time being.. did you play 10 games of ranked arena? 2v2 I suppose in your case.

If it was all rated games with your arena partner then there must be some other issue. Wait for someone else to comment, sorry mate, no clue.
