New Players Looking for leveling/helpful fun guild.

So a buddy and myself started to play on the server. are there any guilds that are not 100% end game driven at the moment and have good amount of players leveling etc. so far been slow slow on the server and would be more fun in a guild. HORDE side. Thanks
