A bit stuck in PvE

I am a former hardcore PvE raider from wotlk, i stopped wow about 2 years ago and i have recently returned to experience Cataclysm. I'm a little stuck at the moment, most PvE guilds here that do take raiding seriously have a gear requirement, ( i'm at 389, holy paladin) I really do not like pugging, i would love nothing more then raiding in a mature environment with great people who take raiding seriously. I am a dedicated person, i am loyal and i am kind. I will do want needs to be done, and i don't give up after 5 wipes. I lack a little cata experience, but i'm a very fast learner. Basically, Adopt me. Please.
