Making a DK

How am I supposed to create a DK?
The quest Ambush at the is somewhat bugged because the courier is invisible, so I can't even loot him. This is a crucial quest for talent point and advancement.

I need to complete this somehow.

a previous quest that has you kill 100 scarlet crusade from a cannon is buggy too... mine cart bugs out and you have a field day of dying 3-4 times before you get to the ship to mount a cannon, feels like dk starter zone needs a bit of a rework
