there is a reason of sunder armor(and similar skills) to increase dmg output even if u're arp capped
Yea, but skills are calculated separately. Like first of all you get rid of Sunder Armor and Faerie Fire and only after this you can calculate personal ArP discounts. As for the Enchant, it just increases your personal ArP amount -> in theory it must be useless.
