Tame Beast Quest

Hi Warmanes,
I have a hunter, boosted to level 80 character from molten-wow. I havent played it on molten and started here, today. I realized i have no pet so went to hunter trainer in Silvermoon City to get a quest for Taming a beast, but this npc has no quest for me, i cant learn this spell. Its quite sad because hunter without pet is hard to play, even when i have a HC Bow.

'This quest can be started from either Oninath[84, 26] in Silvermoon City or Telenus [48, 45] in Eversong Woods.'

The problem is, im missing this quest. Oninath can just teach spells.

My hunter also doesn't get the quest chain. I'm in blood hoof village
